Job Position - Personal Secretary to Director
A Personal Assistant (PA) manages an executive's or high-profile individual's administrative and personal tasks. Their core duties include screening calls, managing complex calendars, booking travel, and running errands. By acting as a trusted gatekeeper, PAs free up their employer's time to focus on strategic, professional, or personal priorities.
Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Coordinate schedules, arrange meetings across time zones, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Communication & Gatekeeping: Screen phone calls, draft emails, and act as the primary point of contact between the executive and clients.
- Travel Planning: Research routes, book flights and accommodations, and prepare detailed itineraries.
- Administrative Support: Prepare reports, organize files (both digital and physical), and process expense claims.
- Personal Erands: Handle day-to-day tasks such as shopping, managing personal appointments, and overseeing household services. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Discretion: Ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential information with absolute trustworthiness.
- Organization & Multitasking: Exceptional time-management skills to juggle multiple shifting priorities without dropping the ball.
- Tech Literacy: Proficiency with standard office suites (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly).
- Proactivity: The ability to anticipate the employer's needs and solve problems independently before they arise.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
