- Call incoming leads and explain the company’s design services to potential clients.
- Convince and schedule clients for in-person or virtual design presentations.
- Maintain and update all lead information, call status, and follow-ups in the CRM system regularly.
- Track and report daily call performance and conversions to the team lead/manager.
- Follow up with interested leads to close appointments and ensure attendance.
- Work towards achieving monthly targets related to qualified leads and presentation bookings.
- Coordinate with the design/sales team to ensure smooth communication and handover of leads.
- Maintain professionalism and a customer-friendly attitude during all client interactions.
