Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and confident Senior Telecaller to generate sales, convert leads, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a target-driven approach, and experience in telecalling or inside sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers and generate sales.
- Convert leads through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Explain company products and services clearly.
- Handle customer queries and maintain strong relationships.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Update customer records and call reports.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of Telecalling/Inside Sales experience.
- Excellent Telugu communication skills (English/Hindi is an advantage).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary: Best in the industry (Based on experience)
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
