About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Architect to work on residential and commercial architectural projects. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of handling projects from design development to on-site execution. This role requires strong technical skills, coordination abilities, and a willingness to explore innovative design approaches.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for residential and commercial projects
· Prepare complete working drawings, detailing drawings, and execution drawings
· Coordinate with structural, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors
· Visit project sites regularly and ensure accurate execution as per drawings
· Handle on-site queries and provide timely technical solutions
· Ensure projects adhere to design intent, quality standards, and timelines
· Prepare drawings and documentation as per local regulations and project requirements
· Assist in material selection and ensure correct application during execution
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously across Mumbai
Skills & Technical Requirements
· Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
· Working knowledge of SketchUp, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office
· Ability to produce accurate working drawings and construction details
· Practical understanding of site execution and coordination
· Good knowledge of construction materials and methods
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Candidate Profile
· B.Arch degree from a recognized institution
· 3+ years of relevant architectural experience
· Dynamic personality with a professional approach
· Strong communication and coordination skills
· Willingness to explore, experiment, and adopt innovative design solutions
· Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
