Designation : HVAC Technician
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related faults.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air-conditioning systems.
- Service split ACs, package units, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, chillers, and related equipment.
- Check refrigerant levels, compressors, motors, thermostats, controls, and electrical components.
- Perform refrigerant charging, recovery, and leak detection as required.
- Respond to service calls and resolve HVAC issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate service and maintenance records.
- Follow safety procedures, company policies, and applicable HVAC standards.
- Coordinate with other maintenance and facility teams when required.
- Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are kept clean and safe.
Requirements:
- ITI, Diploma, or relevant technical qualification in HVAC, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related field.
- [2–5] years of experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with commercial or industrial HVAC systems.
- Good knowledge of refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read basic electrical and HVAC diagrams.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, shifts, or respond to emergency breakdowns when required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with VRF/VRV, AHU, FCU, chillers, and BMS systems.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
