Location: PATNA, BIHAR
Working Hours
- Retail store operating hours: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
- No fixed weekly off.
- Additional working hours may be required during festivals, special occasions, and peak business periods.
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers with exceptional skills may also apply.

- Smart, confident, and professionally presentable.
- Fluent in English and Hindi (speaking and writing).
- Proficient in computer operations (MS Office, email, billing software, Excel, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Capable of handling daily store operations independently.
Key ResponsibilitiesStore Operations
- Manage complete day-to-day store operations.
- Ensure availability of all required bakery products at the store.
- Monitor inventory and place orders on time to avoid stock shortages.
- Coordinate with production and supply teams for timely replenishment.
Sales & Customer Service
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize store revenue.
- Promote OCB Cakes products and special offers to customers.
Team Management
- Supervise store staff and ensure proper discipline.
- Allocate duties and monitor employee performance.
- Train staff on customer service, hygiene, and operational procedures.
Inventory & Stock Management
- Maintain accurate stock records.
- Conduct regular stock audits and inventory checks.
- Minimize wastage, damage, and product losses.
Cash & Billing Management
- Ensure accurate billing and cash handling.
- Maintain daily sales reports and cash reconciliation.
- Coordinate with the accounts department regarding store transactions.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
