Job Overview
We are looking for a talented 3D Interior Designer & Exterior Visualizer who can create premium-quality luxury villa interiors, exterior facades, landscape concepts, and realistic 3D renders.
The candidate should have strong design sense, architectural understanding, material knowledge, and the ability to convert concepts into photorealistic presentations.

- Wall Panel Designs
- Lighting Concepts
- Material & Finish Selection
- Develop realistic interior renders with:
- Premium Materials
- Textures
- Lighting
- Furniture Styling
Exterior Design & Visualization
- Create luxury villa exterior concepts including:
- Front Elevations
- Facade Designs
- Entry Areas
- Outdoor Spaces
- Terraces
- Balconies
- Swimming Pool Areas
- Landscape Elements
- Prepare realistic:
- Day Views
- Night Views
- Aerial Views
- Walkthrough Presentations
Architectural Coordination
- Understand and work with:
- Floor Plans
- Elevations
- Sections
- Architectural Drawings
- Working Drawings
- Coordinate with:
- Architects
- 2D Designers
- Project Teams
- Site Engineers
- Modify designs based on client/project requirements.
Mandatory Software Skills
✔ SketchUp
✔ 3ds Max
✔ V-Ray / Corona Renderer
✔ AutoCAD
✔ Photoshop

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of luxury interior aesthetics
- Excellent understanding of materials, textures & lighting
- Good sense of colour combinations and finishes
- Knowledge of furniture detailing and space planning
- Ability to create high-end architectural presentations
- Strong attention to detail
- Creative mindset with execution understanding
