YAS Solutions is seeking a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented Tender Executive with hands-on experience in Government e-Tendering, GeM operations, vendor sourcing, bid management, and compliance documentation. The candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, managing the complete bidding process, sourcing products from suppliers, and driving sales through GeM and other government procurement portals.
Key ResponsibilitiesTender Management
- Search, analyze, and identify relevant tender opportunities from:
- Government e-Marketplace (GeM)
- Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP)
- State E-Procurement Portals
- PSU Tender Portals
- Department-specific procurement portals
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial requirements.
- Prepare and submit bids within prescribed timelines.
- Coordinate with management for pricing, approvals, and bid strategy.
- Monitor bid status, clarifications, corrigenda, technical evaluations, and award notifications.
GeM Operations
- Create, manage, and optimize product listings on GeM.
- Upload new products/services with accurate specifications and pricing.
- Ensure compliance with GeM cataloguing guidelines.
- Handle GeM bid participation, reverse auctions, and direct purchase opportunities.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends on GeM.
- Coordinate with OEMs and suppliers for product authorization and compliance requirements.
- Manage GeM orders, invoices, dispatch coordination, and payment follow-ups.
Vendor & Product Sourcing
- Identify and develop relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers.
- Source products as per tender requirements.
- Obtain quotations and negotiate competitive pricing.
- Ensure timely collection of technical datasheets, certifications, OEM authorizations, and compliance documents.
- Maintain a database of approved vendors and products.
Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and maintain:
- EMD/Bid Security documents
- Performance Bank Guarantees
- OEM Authorizations
- Technical Compliance Sheets
- Company Credentials
- Financial Documents
- Experience Certificates
- ISO and other statutory certifications
- Ensure complete compliance with tender requirements.
Coordination & Business Development
- Liaise with government departments, PSUs, vendors, and internal teams.
- Develop strategies to increase sales through GeM and government procurement channels.
- Track awarded tenders and prepare MIS reports.
- Maintain a tender calendar and opportunity pipeline.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in Government Tendering and GeM operations.
- Strong understanding of:
- GeM Portal
- CPPP
- State E-Procurement Portals
- Reverse Auctions
- Online Bid Submission Processes
- Excellent knowledge of government procurement procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and PDF documentation tools.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
