Position: Soldering Operator (Manesar)
Location: Manesar, Haryana
Experience: 2- 5 years
Education Preference: B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related discipline. ITI (Radio Mechanic) or Diploma in Electronics Engineering or other engineering degree. IPC J-STD-001 Certification in soldering/electronics preferred. Certification in soldering/electronics preferred.
Key Technical Requirements:
Responsible for precision soldering, cable harnessing, wiring, crimping, and electronic assembly for radar, RF, and defence electronic systems. Ensure assemblies meet engineering drawings, IPC/workmanship standards, ESD requirements, and defence quality procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform soldering, wiring, cable harnessing, crimping, and connector terminations.
Assemble PCB, RF cables, and electronic sub‑systems per engineering drawings.
Follow IPC, ESD, and defence workmanship standards; conduct self‑inspection for quality.
Maintain production records, checklists, and compliance documentation.
Support testing/integration teams during troubleshooting and rework.
Skills & Attributes:
Expertise in fine soldering, wire harnessing, and cable assembly.
Ability to read wiring diagrams and assembly drawings.
Familiarity with RF connectors, PCB assembly, and electronic wiring practices.
Attention to detail, steady workmanship, and adherence to quality standards.
Team coordination and communication skills.
