Key Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery.
- Maintain presses, production machines and other mechanical/electrical equipment.
- Oversee maintenance of DG sets, UPS systems, STP, air compressors, pump room and plant infrastructure.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and ensure minimum downtime.
- Plan preventive maintenance schedules and maintain maintenance records.
- Coordinate spare parts, consumables and maintenance materials with stores and vendors.
- Supervise contractors and ensure safe execution of maintenance work.
- Maintain documentation, checklists, equipment history and reports.
- Coordinate with production to plan maintenance without affecting operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills & Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of both mechanical and electrical maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with presses, motors, pumps, DG sets, UPS, STP and other plant utilities.
- Good troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance planning.
- Good communication, documentation and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and basic ERP/maintenance records.
- Ability to manage vendors, contractors and spare parts inventory.
- Self-driven, safety conscious and able to work independently.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
