Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize product backlogs.

Ensure the team understands and follows Agile principles and values.

Track and remove impediments to team progress.

Utilize JIRA and Confluence to manage project tracking, documentation, and reporting.

Monitor and improve team velocity and other Agile metrics.

Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Act as a servant leader, coaching the team in Agile practices and self-organization.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
Key Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a product-based company.

Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and practices.

Expertise in using JIRA and Confluence for Agile project management and documentation.

Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certifications are a plus.
Preferred Background:

Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and driving successful project deliveries.
