Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer who can lead design projects and create visually impactful content across digital and offline platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality designs for social media creatives, campaigns, advertisements, brochures, posters, and marketing materials.
- Develop creative concepts and execute designs according to brand guidelines.
- Lead and manage design projects from concept to final delivery.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and branding teams to understand requirements.
- Review and improve creative designs to maintain quality standards.
- Create engaging visuals for digital campaigns and promotional activities.
- Mentor junior designers and provide creative guidance.
- Ensure timely delivery of all design projects.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, and other design tools.
- Knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro/After Effects) will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, and branding.
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
