We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team and lead architectural planning, design development, and project execution. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, experience in architectural design and site coordination, and the ability to work closely with consultants, clients, and execution teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, plans, and detailed working drawings.
- Prepare and review layouts, elevations, sections, and architectural details.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants for integrated project execution.
- Conduct site visits and monitor architectural execution to ensure compliance with approved drawings and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients for smooth project delivery.
- Review material specifications and ensure adherence to project requirements.
- Assist in project planning, design modifications, and problem-solving during execution.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, standards, and project timelines.
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
