Sales Support Executive (Technical Products)

Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and sales orders.
- Maintain sales records and prepare basic sales reports.
- Track pending quotations and schedule customer follow-ups.
- Coordinate order status, deliveries, and customer communications.
- Manage inventory of electronic and automation components.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with purchasing.
- Track incoming and outgoing materials and perform stock checks.
- Process sales orders and update ERP/inventory systems.
- Assist customers with basic product identification and coordinate technical queries with the engineering team.
Required Skills
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of industrial automation products such as PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, power supplies, and electronic components.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow-ups, and deadlines effectively.
