Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated International Sales Executive to manage and expand business in overseas markets. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling international clients, closing sales, and maintaining long-term customer relationships across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
- Generate leads through digital platforms, online portals, email campaigns, and networking.
- Handle inquiries from overseas clients and provide appropriate solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
- Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to order execution.
- Coordinate with internal departments for logistics, and shipment processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing international customers and distributors.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer databases.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Good understanding of international sales and export procedures.
- Ability to handle multiple international clients simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field.
- MBA preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Market Exposure
Experience handling clients from:
- Middle East
- Africa
- Europe
- USA / North America
- Southeast Asia
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be confident, proactive, and capable of handling international business independently with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
