Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and creative Project Coordinator with a background in Interior Design to manage and coordinate interior fit-out projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should possess strong design, planning, and project coordination skills along with proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office. The candidate will work closely with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and as per quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate interior design projects from planning to execution.
- Prepare project schedules, reports, and progress updates.
- Create and modify 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop 3D models and visual presentations using SketchUp.
- Prepare presentations, mood boards, and design concepts using Photoshop.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and site teams.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and resolve issues.
- Maintain project documentation, BOQs, drawings, and records.
- Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and client requirements are met.
- Assist in material selection, space planning, and design development.
- Prepare MIS reports and project status reports using Microsoft Office tools.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in SketchUp
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent project coordination and organizational skills
- Strong communication and client-handling abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Interior Design and Project Coordination.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or retail interior projects preferred.
- Knowledge of materials, site execution, and interior fit-out processes will be an added advantage.

- Interior Designer with strong technical and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
- Professional approach towards client interaction and project execution.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and project monitoring.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,016.48 per month
