We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to join our Sales & Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities through outbound calls, qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and building strong customer relationships.
The candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, have a customer-centric approach, and be capable of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided databases and generated leads.
- Identify customer needs and explain the company's products and services effectively.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with field sales officers and team leads to ensure smooth client interactions.
- Reconnect with inactive and previous leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Prepare daily activity reports and maintain follow-up schedules.
- Ensure timely lead nurturing and conversion to maximize business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Service, or Business Development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with lead generation and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Language Requirements
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is mandatory.
- Additional language proficiency will be considered an advantage.
