We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our data, analytics, and technology initiatives in the learning and development domain. The ideal candidate brings 18–22 years of progressive experience driving data strategy, infrastructure development, and organizational transformation within education, corporate learning, or technology-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
Own and evolve the organization s data strategy to enable innovation and advanced analytics across personalized learning and program delivery.
Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams in the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable data platforms and pipelines.
Oversee development and management of knowledge graph and semantic data architectures for dynamic learning experiences and insights.
Champion robust data governance, privacy, and compliance standards, ensuring alignment with industry regulations and company policies.
Partner with executive leadership, program managers, and IT stakeholders to ensure business goals are translated into actionable data projects.
Interpret learning and business metrics to drive executive-level recommendations for growth, efficiency, and learner impact.
Manage relationships with key technology vendors and partners to ensure best-in-class tools and resources.
Foster a high-performance, ethical, and innovative team culture through talent development and mentorship.
Required Experience & Skills
18–22 years of professional experience in data management, analytics, engineering, or related roles—preferably within learning, education, or enterprise L&D.
Strong understanding of data and AI technologies (e.g., Python, Power BI, Snowflake, Cloud, Databricks, GenAI, Agentic AI).
Demonstrated leadership of complex, cloud-based data projects (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and advanced analytics solutions for business transformation.
Expertise in building and operationalizing knowledge graphs, semantic data models, and leveraging data for personalized learning applications.
Significant experience with data governance, security, privacy, and compliance frameworks.
Proven ability to develop and communicate data-driven strategies aligned with senior management objectives.
Exceptional people management and team leadership, with organizational consulting or transformation experience a strong plus.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills experience translating complex analytics for executive and non-technical audiences.
Track record of managing vendor relationships and navigating change in large-scale organizations.
Experience in strategic planning, change management, and executive advisory.
