Job Description:
- 10+ years of experience in Java Full Stack Development with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, REST APIs, and Microservices
- Proven experience in leading development teams and delivering enterprise-scale applications
- Experience in mentoring developers and driving technical excellence within the team
- Good understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and secure application development
- Experience in database design, SQL, query optimization, and performance tuning
- Experience with CI/CD process, Git, code review practices, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder communication skills
- Insurance domain experience is preferred
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure, for successful project delivery
- Support production releases, client discussions, and critical business activities as required
- Flexibility to support clients during critical business hours and travel when required.
