The ideal candidate brings 2–5 years of experience in consultative or high-ticket sales (real estate experience not mandatory) and demonstrates strong integrity, objection-handling ability, and a genuine commitment to putting client outcomes above deal closures.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured 30–60 minute expert advisory sessions with qualified leads via video or in-person
- Understand client profile including budget, timeline, risk appetite, and end-use vs investment intent
- Recommend 2–3 shortlisted properties backed by data without commission-driven bias
- Handle objections on price, market outlook, builder risk, and timing using data
- Coordinate and accompany clients on site visits to shortlisted projects
