Job Purpose:
Responsible for die-correction and to execute the works in tool room dept. as assigned by FOREMAN.
Responsibilities:
· Making the entry of die cards-reports.
· Responsible for the Die correction.
· Collection of failure dies nose pieces.
· Collection of defective samples.
· Issuance of Dies to press as per planning.
· Critical Die correction and monitoring at press.
· Attending trial at press.
· Making arrangements for nitriding dies as per priority.
· Monitoring of Nitriding and Caustic.
· Inspection of incoming Dies.
· Responsible for separation of scrap Dies from the running Dies.
· Making of new Die cards for the received new Dies.
· Taking the new product trail samples as per drawing.
· Maintaining the Die correction log books.

Education:
· Any Technical qualification.
Relevant Experience:
6 years of experience from an aluminum extrusion manufacturing
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
