*PMS / AIF Operations Associate* with 1+ year of *experience in PMS/AIF operations, compliance, fund accounting, or concurrent audit* required in a reputed CA firm located at *Andheri* , Mumbai
JD:
- Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations applicable to PMS and AIF entities*
- Review investment transactions, fund accounting records, and operational controls
- Coordinate with fund administrators and fund accountants
- *Review NAV workings, investor capital accounts,* subscriptions, redemptions, and capital calls
- Prepare and validate management fees, distributor fees, and performance fees
*Conduct concurrent audits of PMS and AIF operations*
- Review compliance reports, regulatory filings, and operational documentation
- *Perform bank, DP, and investment reconciliations*
- Identify process gaps, recommend corrective actions, and enhance operational controls
- Prepare audit observations and discuss findings with management
