Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Executive is responsible for driving company sales by sourcing new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting appropriate solutions, and negotiating terms to close sales successfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional manner
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Maintain product display and visual merchandising standards
- Handle billing and customer queries efficiently
- Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of the store
- Support stock management and inventory checking
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business
Requirements
- Minimum qualification is plustwo
- 0-2 years experice in retails or related field(freshers are welcome)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic system knowledge
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
