Job Title: Holiday Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in planning domestic and international holiday packages.
Recommend destinations, hotels, flights, cruises, tours, and travel insurance based on customer preferences and budget.
Prepare customized travel itineraries and holiday quotations.
Book flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing tours, and other travel services.
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and in person.
Process bookings, payments, cancellations, refunds, and amendments.
Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Stay updated on travel trends, visa requirements, airline policies, and destination information.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel partners to ensure smooth travel experiences.
Meet sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
Experience with travel booking systems (GDS such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is an advantage).
Ability to create customized holiday packages.
Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
Experience in travel sales or holiday consulting preferred.
Salary based on commission
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
