Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month
We are hiring dedicated and responsible Girls & Boys Hostel Wardens for a reputed educational institution in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of students residing in the hostel.
- Maintain discipline and hostel rules.
- Supervise daily hostel operations and student activities.
- Coordinate with school management, parents, and support staff.
- Handle student concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Maintain hostel records and ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience as a Hostel Warden or in student residential management is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
- Strong leadership, discipline, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to stay on campus if accommodation is provided.
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month (depending on experience)
