Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and dedicated Ward Boy / Patient Care Assistant to assist patients and support the nursing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities and provide basic support.
- Support nursing staff and assist with shifting or transporting patients when required.
- Maintain ward discipline and cleanliness and report health concerns, unusual behaviour, or emergencies to the Nurse or Supervisor.
Qualifications
- 10th Pass / Equivalent
- Responsible and disciplined approach to patient care.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Relevant healthcare or patient-care experience is preferred.
