As a Trainer, you will be the driving force behind enhancing employee knowledge, skills, and overall performance across the organization. You will play a vital role in our Learning & Development function—identifying training needs, creating high-impact learning content, delivering engaging programs, and measuring effectiveness to help our teams reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
· Needs Assessment: Identify organizational and individual training needs through structured assessments and thorough analysis.
· Content Development: Design, develop, and deliver engaging training modules, presentations, and comprehensive learning materials.
· Program Delivery: Plan and execute diverse training initiatives, including process training, leadership development, soft skills, and behavioral workshops.
· Impact Evaluation: Monitor, evaluate, and measure the direct impact and success of training programs.
· Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business leaders to ensure training initiatives directly support business objectives.
· Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation, session reports, and training records effectively.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
