We are looking for a highly proactive and execution-focused E-commerce & Brand Operations Manager to take ownership of day-to-day execution across new product launches, inventory planning, supplier coordination, marketing execution, and brand growth.
The ideal candidate should be someone who doesn't just make plans but follows up relentlessly and gets things done on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of upcoming product launches.
- Coordinate with manufacturers, packaging vendors, suppliers, designers, logistics partners and other stakeholders.
- Track production, packaging, procurement and launch timelines and ensure timely completion.
- Plan and monitor SKU-wise inventory and identify upcoming stock-out/overstock situations.
- Prepare purchase requirements and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
- Regularly follow up with suppliers and resolve delays, quality issues and pending activities.
- Coordinate execution of marketing activities across Amazon, D2C, social media, Meta Ads, influencers and other channels.
- Work with internal teams/agencies to ensure creatives, campaigns, listings and promotions are executed on schedule.
- Maintain a master execution tracker with tasks, owners, deadlines and status.
- Monitor sales, inventory and marketing performance and highlight important actions required for growth.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively solve them.
- Support the founders/management team in scaling the brand and launching new products faster.
What We Are Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in D2C, e-commerce, FMCG, consumer brands or operations.
- Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
- Strong ownership and ability to work independently.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational and project-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and vendors simultaneously.
- Commercial mindset with an understanding of sales, inventory and marketing.
- High urgency and a strong “get things done” attitude.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
