A&O IT Group is seeking a high-impact Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across our End User Computing (EUC) Managed Services portfolio in India. You will own strategic account development with large System Integrators, pursue direct enterprise relationships, and build a high-value pipeline across global clients operating in or from India.
This is a senior individual contributor role with significant commercial autonomy. You will collaborate with our Solutions team to design and position differentiated service offerings and be the primary commercial face of A&O IT in your territory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets from India-based enterprise customers
- Develop and manage relationships with large System Integrators as channel and co-sell partners
- Identify, qualify, and close new enterprise accounts in EUC Managed Services — including device lifecycle, workplace services, and field support
- Build long-term relationships with key buyers and decision-makers; understand their objectives and deliver tailored solutions
- Maintain a disciplined, CRM-driven pipeline and provide accurate forecasts and regular performance reporting
- Lead commercial negotiations on contracts and pricing to maximise revenue and margin
- Track competitor activity, customer trends, and emerging opportunities in the EUC and IT Managed Services landscape
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in IT services, with a focus on Managed Services, EUC, or Workplace Services
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market
- Experience selling to or through large System Integrators, or in a comparable IT Managed Services environment
- Familiarity with device lifecycle management, DaaS (Device as a Service), end-user field support, and workplace services
- Strong commercial acumen — able to structure deals, negotiate contracts, and manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools
- Excellent communication in English; regional Indian language proficiency is an advantage
- Willingness to travel pan-India
WHAT WE ARE PARTICULARLY LOOKING FOR
We are especially interested in candidates with recent, active sales experience in the EUC Managed Services space — either salespeople currently at a leading IT Managed Services or EUC services provider with a live book of business, or account managers at large System Integrators responsible for selling or sub-contracting Managed Services to enterprise clients.

Pay: ₹6,000,000.00 - ₹6,500,000.00 per year
