We are looking for an experienced Merchandising Expert with strong knowledge of garments and e-commerce marketplace operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in apparel merchandising, product coordination, catalog management, and online platform handling.
The ideal candidate must understand different garment categories, fabrics, fits, sizing, production coordination, and marketplace requirements while managing platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and Shopify websites.
Key Responsibilities
Handle complete merchandising activities for garments and apparel categories.
Coordinate with vendors, factories, and suppliers for production follow-ups and dispatch planning.
Manage product listings, catalog creation, and content updates across e-commerce platforms.
Ensure accurate garment details including fabric, size charts, fit, color variants, and product descriptions.
Monitor inventory, stock planning, and replenishment to avoid stock shortages.
Coordinate photoshoots, sampling, and product presentation for online platforms.
Analyze sales performance, fast-moving styles, and customer buying trends.
Work closely with warehouse and operations teams for smooth order fulfillment.
Maintain product quality standards and ensure timely product launches.
Track competitor trends, fashion updates, and marketplace activities.
Manage promotional campaigns, offers, and seasonal collections on marketplaces.
Handle platform-related issues including suppressed listings, returns, and customer feedback.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of garments, fabrics, stitching, fits, measurements, and apparel production.
Hands-on experience in e-commerce merchandising and marketplace handling.
Knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and other seller portals.
Good understanding of catalog management and online merchandising.
Basic knowledge of fashion trends and apparel categories.
Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
