Requirements
- Qualification: B.Sc Nursing or GNM
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Candidates with a genuine interest in Psychiatry only need to apply
- Malayalam and English proficiency is mandatory
- Good communication and patient care skills preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care and emotional support to psychiatric patients
- Assist doctors and therapists in patient management
- Monitor patient behavior, medications, and overall wellbeing
- Maintain patient records and follow clinical protocols
- Support a safe and therapeutic environment for patients
