Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Manager to manage client relationships, coordinate with buyers and suppliers, and ensure a seamless customer experience across our B2B trade ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with domestic and international clients.
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate between buyers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate client records and CRM databases.
- Draft professional emails and business communications.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to improve client engagement and retention.
- Assist clients with onboarding, service support, and account management.
- Prepare CRM reports and track customer interactions.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong client handling and relationship management abilities.
- Knowledge of B2B business and export-import processes preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong organizational, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
