Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Research & Development Executive to conduct extensive online research using websites, AI tools, search engines, and digital platforms. The role focuses on collecting, verifying, organizing, and analyzing business-related data to support sales, procurement, market research, and business expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth online research using Google, company websites, business directories, and other online resources.
- Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, etc.) to gather, summarize, and analyze information.
- Identify potential companies, clients, manufacturers, suppliers, and business opportunities.
- Research company profiles, decision-makers, contact details, projects, and industry insights.
- Collect, verify, and maintain accurate databases in Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM.
- Perform competitor and market research to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Validate information from multiple online sources to ensure data accuracy.
- Organize and present research findings in structured reports.
- Continuously explore new AI tools and research techniques to improve productivity.
- Support different departments with data collection and business intelligence requirements.
Required Skills
- Excellent internet research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Google Search and advanced search techniques.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or Perplexity.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good written English and attention to detail.
- Ability to verify data accuracy and organize large datasets.
- Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using LinkedIn, Google Maps, business directories, or company databases.
- Familiarity with CRM software and data management.
