Job Description – Accountant

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reconciliations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GST reconciliation, bookkeeping, TDS, MIS reporting, Advanced Excel, and e-commerce revenue/portal reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Perform GST reconciliation, return data verification, and support GST compliance.
- Handle TDS calculation, deduction, reconciliation, and compliance.
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, journal entries, bank reconciliation, and ledger scrutiny.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports for management.
- Reconcile e-commerce portal revenue with ERP/accounting records and bank settlements.
- Perform customer, vendor, and payment reconciliations.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and auditors for financial and statutory requirements.
- Prepare reports using Advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards, and data analysis.
- Support process improvements and maintain accurate financial documentation.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) / M.B.Aor equivalent.
- 3–8years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience with Tally, Busy, Zoho Books, or other ERP/accounting
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
