Position Name – Executive – Infra Alignments (Procurement)
1. Brief about the position: The Executive Infra Alignments position looks after the identification and alignment of Infrastructure (including Training center, tools, food and other equipment) for Training Programs (with focus on Upskilling programs) across the country.
2. About Upskilling Trainings: Upskilling Training programs are generally short term trainings conducted for existing technicians / employees of a partner company or for freelance technicians under a CSR project. These trainings generally have both theoretical and practical components to it.
3. Job Description:
- Venue Alignment: Identifying Venues (could be a training centre, hotel, etc) fitting in the budget, as per training requirement. Entering in a long term understanding with the venue for use on requirement basis.
- Food: Identifying vendors for providing Food at these centres as per our requirement and entering into a Long-term understanding with these vendors
- Basic Amenities: Making available Basic amenities at these centres as per requirement of the program.
- Quality Check: Ensuring that all the facilities are as per standards and taking written approval from Quality department
- Coordination & Centre Management: Making available centres as per training team’s schedule, booking them with the Vendor, sharing proper information with respective teams and sharing Reports & MIS
- Invoicing: Ensuring proper and timely invoices are received from the vendors and shared with accounts
- Payments & Vendor Management: Ensuring that Vendor payments are done timely, reconciliation with the Vendors and reviewing their services.
4. Reporting and Team : Reporting to HOD
5. Work Location, Language Spoken : Mumbai / Pune
6. Skill Set
- Communication: Good Communication with ability, with fluent English. Knowledge of South Indian languages will be an added advantage
- Social & Sales Skills: Ability to align, build relationships and get requisite work done
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate with Vendors to get the best possible deals for the organization
- Computer Skills: Should be proficient in MS Office with an emphasis on Excel. Should be expert in searching secondary data to identify potential vendors
- Target orientation
- Time Management & Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines
7. Grade & Salary: 2.4 lacs to 4 lacs
8. Qualification & Experience : Min 12th Pass, Graduate, Postgraduate. Experience min 2 years.

- Ensuring Center Availability as per requirement
- Vendor Management including Invoicing, payments and reconciliation
- Cost Reduction as per target
- Conform to Quality parameters
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
