Job Summary We are looking for a Field Sales Operations Executive to bridge the gap between our sales strategy and ground-level execution. You will be responsible for optimizing sales territories, supporting the field team with data-driven insights, and ensuring that all on-ground sales processes in Jaipur are running efficiently. Requirements (Qualifications) Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Field Sales, or Territory Management. Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of Jaipur’s geography and commercial hubs (e.g., Mansarovar, Sitapura, C-Scheme). Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) and Advanced MS Excel (for tracking field performance). Education: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus but not mandatory. Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Mobility: Must have a personal vehicle and a valid driving license for field visits. Responsibilities (The Day-to-Day) Territory Optimization: Define and manage sales routes for the field team to maximize coverage and minimize travel time. Field Support: Act as the primary point of contact for field executives, resolving operational hurdles and providing them with necessary sales collateral. Performance Tracking: Audit daily field reports and visit logs to ensure KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are being met. Inventory & Logistics: Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team to ensure the field team has adequate stock or demo units. Data Analysis: Prepare weekly reports on sales trends, market competition in Jaipur, and team productivity. Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the "order-to-delivery" cycle and suggest automation or workflow changes. Rewards (Compensation & Benefits) Salary: ₹4,80,000 – ₹5,60,000 per year (Fixed + Variable). Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (Field-based with office reporting).
