Job Description:
Universal Builders & Developers is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architect/Draftsman to join our team. We encourage candidates to apply for this position. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architectural drafting, a creative mindset, and the ability to transform concepts into precise drawings for residential building projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Ø To handle all the drawings in coordination with the structural consultants and have a basic understanding of structural drawings, and coordinate with the Project Engineer and Project Manager.
Ø Must have good knowledge of the construction process for small- and medium-sized residential projects, from initial site marking to final handover.
Ø To validate the subcontractors’ weekly bills and control cost escalation in the project.
Ø To coordinate with all third-party vendors to ensure the smooth execution of the project.
Ø The candidate must be familiar with the BOQ and project costing.
Ø To coordinate with the customer regarding Change Requests (CRs).
Qualifications:
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, D. Arch, or a related field.
Ø Freshers -5 years of experience in architectural drafting and design, preferably in residential construction.
Ø Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and other design tools.
Ø Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
Ø Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ø Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
