Dot Media is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 06–3 years of recruitment experience in an Advertising, Digital Marketing, or Creative Agency. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of agency hiring, creative talent acquisition, and the ability to identify top professionals across creative, digital, and client servicing functions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
Hire talent for roles including Graphic Designers, Video Editors, Content Writers, Social Media Executives, Performance Marketers, SEO Specialists, Account Managers, Creative Strategists, and Client Servicing professionals.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and evaluate candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Negotiate salary offers and manage the offer rollout process.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Maintain recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and candidate databases.
Stay updated on hiring trends and salary benchmarks within the advertising and digital marketing industry.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
06–3 years of recruitment experience in an Advertising Agency, Media Agency, or Creative Agency.
Strong understanding of advertising industry roles and hiring requirements.
Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
