- Required Qualifications
- ITI, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
- 3 to 8 years of experience in injection molding operations.
- Experience in plastic pipe fittings, engineering plastics, or related manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper housekeeping of machines, workstations, and production areas.
- Supervise and effectively manage manpower assigned to the production line.
- Set up injection molding machines and molds according to production schedules and work orders.
- Perform machine start-up, process parameter setting, and product changeovers.
- Monitor machine performance and maintain stable production with minimum downtime.
- Conduct product inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and troubleshoot molding defects such as flash, short shots, flow lines, sink marks, burn marks, and other process-related issues.
- Optimize cycle times and process parameters to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
- Maintain production records, machine logs, rejection reports, and shift documentation.
- Coordinate with the Tool Room and Maintenance teams to resolve mold and machine-related issues.
- Ensure raw materials are properly mixed, dried, and loaded as per process requirements.
- Perform routine machine maintenance activities, including cleaning, greasing, and lubrication.
- Train and guide Semi-Operators and Production Helpers on machine operation, mold setup, quality requirements, and safe working practices.
- Conduct new mold trials and provide feedback to management regarding mold modifications and improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
