Key Responsibilities
- Teaching & Learning
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons for Pre-Nursery, Nursery, Jr. KG and/or Sr. KG.
- Teach basic concepts such as language, numbers, shapes, colours, phonics, general awareness, and social skills.
- Use play-way, activity-based, storytelling, rhymes, music, art and craft, and hands-on learning methods.
- Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, activities, and classroom resources.
- Encourage children's curiosity, creativity, communication, and participation.
- Child Development & Care
- Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of all children.
- Understand individual learning needs and provide appropriate support.
- Develop children's social, emotional, physical, language, and cognitive skills.
- Encourage good manners, discipline, sharing, cooperation, and independence.
- Handle children's behaviour with patience, care, and positive reinforcement
- Classroom Management
- Maintain a clean, organized, attractive, and child-friendly classroom.
- Establish and maintain appropriate classroom routines.
- Monitor children's attendance, participation, and behaviour.
- Ensure that classroom activities are conducted in a safe and controlled manner.
- Maintain positive and professional communication with parents.
- Share information regarding the child's progress, behaviour, participation, and development.
- Parent Communication
- Attend parent-teacher meetings and other school meetings as required.
- Participate in assemblies, celebrations, annual functions, competitions, field trips, workshops, and other school events.
- Assist in preparing displays, classroom decorations, projects, and learning materials.
- Participate in training and professional development programme
Pay: ₹9,792.24 - ₹20,000.00 per month
