Job Title: Human Resource Manager
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience across recruitment, payroll, attendance, and overall employee lifecycle, preferably in real estate or similar fast-paced industries.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring.
· Handle attendance, leave, and payroll processing.
· Oversee onboarding, documentation, and employee records.
· Manage employee lifecycle from joining to exit.
· Handle offboarding, F&F settlements, and exit formalities.
· Draft job descriptions and manage job postings.
· Coordinate interviews and close positions on time.
· Maintain HR MIS and ensure data accuracy.
· Address employee queries and support HR operations.
Requirements:
· 4–8 years of HR generalist experience.
· Strong knowledge of payroll, compliance, and HR processes.
· Experience in high-volume hiring preferred.
· Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹15,464.35 - ₹40,000.00 per month
