We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Sales Head to support our business development efforts and strengthen customer relationships.
Job Overview:
The Sales Head will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and customer engagement to quotation preparation, follow-ups, and order closure. The role requires close coordination with the technical and management teams to develop proposals, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare commercial and technical quotations in coordination with the engineering team.
- Manage the complete lead lifecycle, ensuring timely follow-ups and regular customer engagement.
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements, provide solutions, and address queries.
- Identify and approach new customers, consultants, contractors, and project developers to generate business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a structured sales funnel, tracking leads through every stage of the sales process.
- Coordinate with management for pricing, proposal strategy, and contract negotiations.
- Assist in preparing tender submissions, technical documents, and commercial proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of quotations, enquiries, customer interactions, and sales reports.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, client meetings, and industry events when required.
- Develop long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Support management in achieving quarterly and annual sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in engineering, industrial equipment, capital goods, infrastructure, or environmental solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience using CRM software is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
Work Mode:
This is a full-time, in-person role based in Indore.
Working hours: Monday - Saturday, 9 AM - 5:30 PM.
Compensation:
Salary Range is between INR 15,000-INR 35,000 per month. Final salary will be in line with experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
