- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production line workers to meet output, quality, and delivery targets
- Plan and assign work schedules, shifts, and staffing based on production demand
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules or resources as needed to resolve bottlenecks
- Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations; conduct safety briefings and incident investigations
- Ensure products meet quality standards; coordinate with the Quality team on inspections, deviations, and corrective actions
- Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff; identify skill gaps and coordinate training
- Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and downtime logs
- Monitor machine/equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive and corrective maintenance
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and support lean manufacturing / continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage employee attendance, performance issues, and disciplinary actions in line with company policy
- Communicate production status, issues, and priorities to management and cross-functional teams
- Ensure efficient use of raw materials, minimize waste, and control production costs
Pay: ₹11,019.96 - ₹22,000.00 per month
