Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Manager – Accounts & Finance with hands-on experience in accounting, financial reporting, taxation, compliance, and MIS. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in Stock Broking, Financial Services, Wealth Management, NBFCs, or Capital Markets.
Key Responsibilities
Review accounting entries, books of accounts, and financial reconciliations
Prepare MIS reports, financial dashboards, and management reports
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Professional Tax, and other statutory regulations
Handle brokerage accounting, exchange settlements, and client reconciliations
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
Strengthen internal financial controls and streamline accounting processes
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, regulators, and internal stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
B.Com (CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance preferred)
Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Experience in Stock Broking or Financial Services will be an added advantage
Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and Advanced MS Excel
Strong analytical, reconciliation, reporting, and problem-solving skills
