Position: Interior Designer Cum Showroom Manager
Location: WAKAD, PUNE
Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000/month (Based on experience & interview)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (10 AM - 7 PM)
Week Off: Sunday

We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer Cum Showroom Manager to lead our design and sales efforts while ensuring seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop and execute innovative design concepts based on client needs.
✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality & accuracy.
✔ Manage customer relationships and drive showroom sales growth.
✔ Create detailed Bill of Quantities (BoQs) and coordinate with internal & external teams.
✔ Prepare quotations as per drawings and close the deal effectively.
✔ Oversee site execution to ensure alignment with design specifications.
Requirements & Qualifications:
✅ Minimum 1 years of experience in the modular furniture industry with 10+ completed projects.
✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp + Vray/Enscape/Lumion, MS Excel, PPT & other cabinet design software.
✅ Expertise in conceptual & technical design, modular planning, and civil works.
✅ Strong sales acumen, leadership skills, and excellent communication.
✅ Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design.
✅ Passion for learning, ethical approach, and a result-oriented mindset.
