Role Overview :
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Performance Engineer to support ongoing projects by monitoring, analyzing, testing, and optimizing application performance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with performance monitoring tools, web performance optimization, automation frameworks, and Core Web Vitals analysis.
Required Skills :
- Performance Monitoring & Observability: Datadog, Catchpoint, Akamai
- Programming & Automation: Python, Playwright
- Performance Engineering: Web Performance Analysis, Performance Testing
- Core Web Vitals: LCP, INP, CLS
- Frontend Performance Optimization
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor application performance and identify bottlenecks.
- Execute performance testing and analyze results.
- Improve website performance, including Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS).
- Automate testing and monitoring processes using Python and Playwright.
- Provide performance reports and optimization recommendations.
- Collaborate with development teams to enhance application performance and user experience.
