Role Summary
The Head – Interior Projects or Project Manager will lead the planning, design coordination, execution, and completion of interior fit-out projects across hotels, restaurants, spas, luxury residences, and commercial spaces. The role is responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
· Project Planning & Execution
· Lead end-to-end execution of interior fit-out projects from concept to handover.
· Prepare project schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
· Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion.
· Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously across different locations.
Design & Coordination
· Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, and vendors.
· Review layouts, drawings, BOQs, and material specifications.
· Ensure interiors comply with brand standards and operational requirements.
· Recommend innovative, cost-effective design solutions.
· Vendor & Contractor Management
· Identify, evaluate, and appoint contractors and suppliers.
· Negotiate commercial terms and monitor contractor performance.
· Ensure quality workmanship and timely material procurement.
· Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews.
Budget & Cost Control
Prepare project cost estimates and monitor budgets.
Control project expenditure and minimize cost overruns.
Verify contractor bills, BOQs, and variation orders.
Submit regular MIS reports on project progress and costs.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure all work meets quality standards and specifications.
Monitor health, safety, and statutory compliance at project sites.
Conduct snagging inspections before project handover.
Ensure defect-free completion and timely closure of punch-list items.
Stakeholder Management
Work closely with Management, Operations, Engineering, Procurement, and Finance teams.
Provide regular project status updates to senior management.
Resolve site challenges and make timely decisions.
Eligibility
· Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Project Management.
· 10–15+ years of experience in hospitality interior projects.
· Experience in hotels, restaurants, spas, luxury residences, or commercial interiors is essential.
· Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, BOQs, vendor management, and project execution.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
