Key Responsibilities Teaching & Classroom Management
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities
- Implement play-based learning methods
- Manage classroom behavior positively
- Ensure a safe and clean classroom environment
Child Development
- Support children’s social, emotional, and language development
- Encourage creativity through art, music, and storytelling
- Monitor each child’s progress and milestones
Curriculum & Planning
- Prepare lesson plans and activity schedules
- Use Montessori / EYFS / play-way methods (if applicable)
- Maintain teaching materials and classroom resources
Parent Communication
- Regularly update parents on child progress
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings
- Address concerns with empathy and clarity
Documentation
- Maintain student records and assessments
- Track attendance and daily reports
- Prepare progress reports
Requirements
- Graduation (Any degree)
- Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
- 1–3 years of preschool teaching experience (preferred)
- Good communication skills (English + local language)
- Passion for working with children

Salary
₹12,000 – ₹15,000 (based on experience)
