Job Description
Support the EAR & AFIG Marketing Team on various tasks and activities related to reporting, analytics and operations such as leveraging data and analytics to showcase EAR & AFIG marketing results; creating and managing new Seismic and Hearsay accounts; and supporting operational needs. Person will have field interaction and engagement expectations.
Key Responsibilities

Work with multiple teams to increase use of data and analytics in order to showcase EAR & AFIG marketing results (PowerBI experts, Salesforce team, EAR reporting, AFIG operations).

EAR (AFG, AAG, AFIG); AFIG Business Development; AFIG Onboarding / Program Marketing.

Help analyze EAR engagement in channels and with tactics including ESA, Events, LinkedIn, Marketing Cloud, Careers site, Native ads and AdvisorHub.

Use correlation of channel engagement to conversion to inform EAR / AFIG strategy – driving business results.

Develop dashboards that highlight opportunities for increased Recruiter and Field Leader use of ESA and other key tactics.

Analyze content usage and engagement on all collateral.

Help drive adoption and evolution of EAR Sales App (ESA)/Seismic; help deliver new enhanced programs (e.g., Digital Sales Rooms) – assist with strategy, development and implementation.

Create/manage new Seismic and Hearsay accounts (enrollment); send training/setup for texting.

Support SalesForce efforts; look for opportunities to increase automation within the sales funnel and create dashboards.

Support operational items: Smart sheet expertise, Manage AFIG shared email box; execute simple program/advisor requests or tier 3 requests; support other marketing projects as needed including AdTrax submissions.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 1-5 years of relevant experience in marketing, business operations, analytics, program management, or a related field.

Demonstrated experience creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data visualizations in Power BI.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively partner with stakeholders, senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.

Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that support business objectives.

Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of responsiveness, ownership, and accountability.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with multiple business systems and data sources.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
In-Office Collaboration
