Job Summary
We are seeking an HR Executive with 1+ year of experience in the IT industry. The candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end recruitment and supporting core HR functions, including onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and employee relations.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 Year of HR Experience in the IT Industry
- Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Knowledge of Recruitment & HR Operations
- Proficiency in MS Office & Job Portals
- Bachelor’s Degree (MBA/PGDM in HR is a Plus)
